Crime Knows No Colour

ICCThe International Criminal Court has been accused of being biased against African War Criminals. The fiercest of such critics it seems, is the Cape Town based Center for Conflict Resolution that believes the ICC is using Africa as a test ground to legitimize international law against perpetuators of war crimes.

But with the likes of Charles Taylor fast tracked to the Hague under the aegis of the ICC while Hissene Habre has been shielded by the Senegalese legal system for close to a decade, the outbursts of  the Center for Conflict Resolution certainly can’t be taken serious.
