“Russia should adopt a more corporate approach to foreign policy conduct in Africa, open its burgeoning market to African goods by offering trade preferences similar to the United States AGOA,” Bright Simons, a prominent policy researcher at the IMANI Center for Education and Policy, the Templeton Prize winning African think tank which is based in Accra, Ghana, told APA in interview on Saturday.
