Juliet Rogers is a Sierra Leonean researcher, social impact practitioner, systems storyteller, and founder and managing director of Stories that Inspire Planetary Consciousness (SIPC), advancing work at the intersection of climate justice, digital inclusion, youth leadership, civic participation, and sustainable development. Through research, systems thinking, evidence-informed storytelling, and community-centred innovation, she works to make complex public challenges more understandable, strengthen citizen agency, and contribute to more just, resilient, and inclusive societies.
