Alexander C. R. Hammond is Research Associate at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity. He is also a Young Voices contributor and frequently writes about economic freedom, global well-being, and African development. Hammond’s works have been translated into multiple languages and have been featured in: Reason, National Interest, Washington Examiner, CapX, Yahoo News, El Cato, Academia Liberalismo Económico, Foundation for Economic Education, Contrepoints, Newsweek USA, and the HumanProgress.org blog. He is a graduate of History and Politics, from the University of Exeter in Great Britain.
